Its coming up to AGM time again, for your diary Sunday 6th April 2025 at 9.30am

This year we are going to change the method to the distribution of paperwork. Those members that have an email address registered with us will receive a package digitally, if you do not have a registered email address these will have been sent by post.

The package will consist of:-

  • Agenda for Members Meeting.

  • Members Meeting Minutes of last year’s AGM.

  • Agenda for Company AGM

  • Company Minutes of last year’s AGM.

  • Budget Proposals for 2025.

  • Annual Accounts for 2024

  • Membership renewal form (Please pay by 1st May 2025).

Should any member receiving a digital packet, does not have a printer they may request a hard copy from reception.

However, this facility will not be available after the 31st March 2025.

Membership renewal forms will be available from Reception
